Vehicles in game (pic heavy)
7 August, 2010, 04:32
I travel around the US for work (some times to Germany, too) and get to airsoft at different fields. A field near Los Angeles had a grand opening a few months ago, and they actually run FV432 APC's, in addition to 5 ton trucks, HMMWV's and even a Diamler armored car. The guy who owns the field just loves to spend his money on toys...and guy who organizes the ops a Brit, by the way.
Oh, and it was nice ot wear DCU and actually have it blend with the field!

Re: Vehicles in game (pic heavy)
I know where im planning to go for my next vacation!
Lady Astor (first woman MP in the House of Commons): "Mr Churchill, if you were my husband, I'd put poison in your tea."
Winston (getting unsteadily to his feet): "Madam, if I were your husband ... I'd drink it."

Re: Vehicles in game (pic heavy)
Ground Zero Woodland (Who own this site) recently got an FV432, can't wait to see it utilised.
You are very lucky to have access to sites like that, looks amazing.

Re: Vehicles in game (pic heavy)
Strange thing, is that the American contemporary to the FV432 is the M113. It is against the law to buy a surplus M113 from the US military here in the USA. So we have to buy the FV432 from the UK and have it shipped here!
But if anyone is going to make a trip to the States and wants to get in some airsoft, just let me know. I would be happy to point you to a site near where you would be staying, and almost all have rentals as well.

Re: Vehicles in game (pic heavy)
shipping and government law are to diffrent things
remember reading that no hummers are armoured military vehicle's would be sold to the american genral public becouse of the ballistic protection but soft skins can
but there's loop holes in every law

Im so moving
Me and my dad are thinking of getting a military vehicle. We are currently interested in the Daimler Ferret scout car and putting a airsoft M1919 Browning machine gun in the turret.

Don't worry everyone, I'm going to win the Lottery tonight and will be creating the finest Airsoft Arena ever seen by mankind. And you can all play for free yay!!
Don't try to run, cos I have 120 little friends, and they can all run faster than you...
