i was at the Mall on the on the 6th,and was in the basement area,it was dark with several short corridors,lots of turns and doors,and it was a bit chaotic...lots of friendlies and enemies scattered about,i went into a room and saw a target so i shot him from, turned out he was red,and on my side,so i gave him the medic count...asked him if he knew where the enemy was and he pointed in a direction which i took,as i turned a corridor and traveled no-more than 5 meters in total i spotted another person standing in front of me taking a defensive position looking towards where the enemy was supposidly situated,he hadnt seen me and not wanting to shoot my team mates again, i approached him with my mp5 in the fire position,i had the barrel about 5 centimeters from hin right shoulder,and i asked him are you red? he did no more other than pull out his pistol and shoot me in the chest,that answered my question...i didnt even say hit...i just walked off to resporn feeling very miffed at him.

I find it's usually best to ask "What side are you on?", then you don't give potentially give away what side you're on

thats true,anyway ive decided to shoot first ask questions later....but if it was me,i would have said,"ok youve got me, i will take a hit"...regardless of whether he shot me or bang killed, the fact that the bloke shot me shows me that he has no scrupples, and doesnt believe in being honourable

Was bit of a knobbish thing to do really. If somebody has given you the jump, then should take it.

Been a fair few times I've comes round a corner unprepared and found an enemy there. Just take it as a hit, even if they not shot or 'surrender' killed you.

he wasnt a noob....more like a jobsworth.....he did me again this time i was standing at the entrance of the regen room,its a shop doorway,so i was standing where the security alarm pillars would be...and he walks past the doorway very casually gun down about 5 meters in front of me from my right to left,we both know each other is there,and i have my mp5 shouldered on him,because im waiting for him to go past far enough for me to step out of the zone and shoot him with out him able to shoot back or for someone across the coridor getting me, he says dont shoot...so i lower my gun and dont step out,im still in the regen zone,so im able to relax....he does no more than raise his weapon and stick a couple of shots into me.....i said to him,"you told me to hold my fire" he replied yes thats because you are in the regen zone and your not allowed to shoot me, i replied so how the fcuk are you allowed to shoot me then,if im still in the regen zone....no reply!

i would have un-loaded a whole mag into him, he cant complain beacause he shot you first whilst you were "dead". then i would have asked for an explanation. if he just shruged it off then i would have made it a personal vendeta to hunt him for the rest of the day. people like that are twats and make the game less fun for you.

Problem with doing that is you lower yourself to the same levels as the idiots.
I've experienced players who had the potential to be real dicks, but after pointing out the errors to them, and showing them a little airsoft ettiquet the majority have become consistant players.

some people are just ar$eholes.....and i try not to take their actions too personally, unless they get me in painfull area....i saw him again for the third n final time, i was flanking the enemy going through the service corridor,with a team member who i didnt know but who just happened to tag along, he popped out behind me from a doorway which led to the basement stairs,he just caught my eye and as i turned towards him i recognised him and fired a 3 burst from a few meters away he fired back,but i had got him first,then he tried to deny his hits saying he got me first...the bloke with me just said if you cant decide then the both of us should take the hit,but he wasnt very happy..... the c**t

what woul happen in the real world, are you a hostage or a terrorist degusied as a hostage?
in my opinion, i would charge him, and scare him shouting" surrender" or "i have your head in my sights, take your hit or all paint you with some read spots:D
