Fraudulent trader

I received a PM a day or two ago from someone who said they had been mugged off by someone who I left negative feedback for. This person also took some of my money and never sent the goods.

I know there's a no 'name and shame' policy, but if something doesn't get done immediately then I'll make damn sure that this tool is named and shamed for everyone on the forum to see. Forum rules don't matter at all if we have assholes stealing money. Will a mod please PM me quickly so we can sort this issue out?
