Would it be possible to make a message queue that when the reciever has too many messages, the message saves in the sender's section then sends automatically when the reciever has space?

That isn't possible I'm afraid.

Even if it was I wouldn't think it such a good idea, users already get annoyed when they don't get replies, having a "waiting to be delivered" section would make that even worse.
