Hey Fizzy! That was surprisingly quick delivery given that I only paid for it an hour ago, but it seems that you've only sent me a Burago model of the Veyron? I see now that you've taken a photo of the car on top of a table in the foreground, to make it look like it appears in front of the audience. A piece of paper would probably have been a bit more preferable, as it would have given me an idea of the true scale.

Can I have my money back now please?

I've had a issue with the mod team here as well, other boards you can send a message and it will go to all mods which is amazing as this forum doesn't have it I got my thread deleted without a message or warning.

I created a thread for my a gun I was selling and forgot to add the price and as my editing time was up I had to pm someone and ask them to change it so I emailed an admin and 2 mods that were online but instead my thread was just deleted, even though I had put a lot of effort into the detail of the thread.

I know it was my fault for not adding the price but I did was the rules said and sent an PM to the mod team but obviously they either deleted it without reading the PM or another mod deleted it that I didn't PM.

Pretty sure that was self explanatory in my first post, apologises if you couldn't comprehend that.

That it says in the rules if you need a change in a thread after the editing time then send a private message, it is easy enough for someone to make a mistake but if I did what it said in the rules then what's the point in it being in the rules if it will be overlooked regardless?

No, it was my SVD post and it wasn't moved to trash, it was actually deleted.

I had it posted in swaps but after a few days of no offers I decided to close that thread and post a new on in sales, I forgot to add the price as I was working off the template from the swaps section.

Perhaps it was removed without anyone seeing the PM, or removed by another Mod who you hadn't PM'd

"The moderators and staff reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason without notification."

If you'd taken more care in the first place, it wouldn't have been removed would it?

Your problem seems to be you did something against the rules and it's the Mods fault for not hand holding you, I believe that's loki's point?

I think if you read my posts on this subject you would see I admitted that it was my fault and am aware of that but if something is in the rules and I followed the procedure in place but it still got deleted then there is miss communication with the team.

I am not trying to pass the buck whats so ever, where you got that idea from I have no idea.

This is a feedback section and I am not having a rant, I am only giving feedback on part of your system that isn't running smooth. There are options for boards to have a 'Report to staff' then it goes to an internal mod panel box that everyone can see.

I think I will stick to the classified section on this forum as I think people have a seriously hard time trying to comprehend simple feedback and messages, where did I mention I wanted someone to hold my hand at any stage? Maybe I should start writing children stories in layman's terms when giving feedback so your mind will be able to soak it all up like a sponge.

It's been clearly pointed out where the wording of the rules state that your posts may be deleted for any reason, by any member of the team and by your own admission you acknowledge not adherence to the rules.

And maybe you should stop throwing round those sorts of insults before you find yourself banned?

It's quite conceivable that your thread was removed because no one you PM'd saw their PMs before removing the thread. Highly likely if the thread was reported as having no price by one of the users on here. Even reporting it doesn't guarantee it won't get removed, if there's a report saying it's breaking the forum rules.

It's clear to me you want to blame the forum whether you admit your mistake or not, while I've clearly explained a perfectly valid reason why it may have been removed rather than left and edited. I accept it's unfortunate for you it was deleted (99.9% of the times it probably wouldn't be) if you did PM a few mods asking for it to be edited, but it seems you cannot...

I understand you're giving feedback based on your experience, and I'm not making excuses as such, I'm just trying to explain what might have happened, but you're still playing the part of the victim

The bottom line here is that there is a big feck off banner across the top of the page, no matter what source I use to view the forum it is there, the sales rules are clearly written and stickies for all to see, those who don't bother and think 'I'll just do it this way' should be totally prepared for what comes afterwards, takes less than a minute to read the entire sales rules so the only people to blame for anyone having a thread removed is themselves

I do believe I recieved an insult from you first, about it isn't the staffs fault for not holding my hand. You came right in there to disparage me with me that comment so I just returned the favour.

When you insult someone then you should be a big enough boy to take it one the chin. Moderator or not, you should have the same level of respect you would expect given to yourself...
