everytime i go to do almost anything a security token is missing

as above, it seems that if i try to do anything related to my profile a page comes up to say a security token is missing and i can't see the page i want to..
can someone please solve this as it is very annoying

Second this. I was about to post a topic on it.

Even when I click my bookmark for the forum, which is aimed squarely at http://www.zeroin.co.uk, it'll redirect for some reason to a profile page and bring up this error.

I can include screenshot next time it happens.

Try by going to your PM box, then CP list on the left.
