Bad Transaction In Progress :(

What can I do within the forum rules against a seller who has not sent my items, bumps other sales threads and ignore my PM's?

I have a paypal dispute started, but it's not enough whilst other threads are here - including one selling what should be mine!

contact the mods mate , ask for his real details , ie email ,

or call the police if the said items are the ones you paid for

leave bad feed back and ask a mod to close his sales threads would be a start.
and then maybe you could go through paypal as you already have done and then maybe go to the police if it happens to more than one person.
