Okay Guys this was posted by "Nokor"
and at the moment it seems to work
Change the DST settings from 'automatically detect...' to 'DST corrections always on', by going to 'Edit Options' in the User Control Panel...
will leave the post sticked for a while, till I either hear it isn't working or, if it contiues to work that everyone has had a chance to read it
