PM Box Backup

Hi fellow airsofters, just wondering who uses the pm box backup. I am probebly being stupid but what are the advantages of backing up PM's?

I do. Then you can keep records of sales and other information without clogging up your inbox.

It is a very good idea to backup your inbox, and sent box. This way if any sales go awry down the line, or if you have a question about the sale months later, or god forbid Zero In went down again, you can make sure you have all the information regarding the transaction. Better safe than sorry.

If needed I use my email inbox, as all my PM's have a copy sent there too. I do however backup my sent mails from time to time.
