How were the mods chosen in the first place and how often are new mods added to the system?

We were chosen by Rampage/the admin team.

More moderators are added as needed. We try and keep a functioning mod:user ratio.

EDIT; but yes, you have to have a Barrett. And not a clone one either.

Im an assistant and i certainly don't own an M82. I use my trusty g-spec unless of course someone wants to buy me an m82 or m200

We are chosen mostly on factors like how we handle situations that and (at least in my case) I have moderated several forums before.

Also on how much you piss the mods off, there not going to make some one like gaurd sniper a mod,( only messing aaron! ) and I deffintatly don't think rampage would ever make me one after my rather rude out burst the other month...I think in all honesty they should let spetznazdave back and make him a moderators jester !

Yeah i'd never get to do it either as i'm full of infractions for arguing, swearing and purposely winding other forum members up lol. ooops.

I'd never be a mod anyway, I enjoy the ability to come and go and not have any official ties to it, just buy, sell and advice.

I work and have a job for a reason, I wouldn't want to come home and do more!!
