How do you make a Poll?

Sorry if its in an obvious place, but I havent found it yet.

How do i start up a Poll thread?

Start a thread as normal in the section you want, then at the bottom of the page where it says 'submit thread' there is a checkbox saying 'make a poll?' check it before you submit it and you will be sent to a poll creating page where you can add your options.
