This makes me rage. But hey at least this isn't just a moan thread. I voted yes. If the moderators feel they have a heavy workload then I think that there should be a few more alongside the 'classifieds assistants' that have come through in the last few months.

EDIT: perhaps there should be some sort of publication of a mod's/assistant's performance? I mean is there a way to see how many things particular mods have dealt with, and how long it took them? Because it would be pointless recruiting 10 mods if only one of them was actually efficient.

You should have used either a semi-colon or a fullstop after your quote as your commar is insufficient for the length of pause. It additionally would have read more nicely if you had used 'it' before 'should'.

Alas, if you are intending your writing to be in a stream of consciousness style then none of my criticisms are applicable and I applaud you for your rebellious, informal writing style.

I do indeed think that another moderator is needed, although I do think the person definately needs previous experience...I think its a simple case of setting up a thread asking who would be interested in being a moderator/assistant and who has had previous experience. Of course proof that said person had indeed been a moderator on another forum previously would be needed.
