I recently had someone try to sell me something for almost the same price as new, 2nd hand. When I asked about the price he told me it was nearly 3 times the price that a quick google search did!

Did anyone else get a PM from some guy the other day offering his USP or something? I think he basically worked his way through the forum members list

Didnt get that one but i got an offer to swap my ICS L86 for a battered (and i mean battered) Galaxy MP7.
I looked at that guys profile and he had posted the same thing to more people than i could be bothered to read.
I just politley declined...lol
Some people realy need to take a second look at what they are trying to palm off on people that know what they are looking at

its also amusing that certain people can have items for sale,that are way too high,you offer them a fair price,which they refuse....because in their mind its worth a lot more,and then you see that item being bump every 3 days for an eternity,with the odd massive price drop of £5.....

s'alright some pleb sent me a lovely message saying "im doing you a favor here mate, i'll take the set off you for £350" to a £1200 set of night vis i had listed for £950 brand new...

i didnt know i could laugh through the internet..

not really had it myself but seen many threads where folk are selling a gun package at a reasonable price and someone will offer less than half the requested price on the thread sometimes minutes after the thread is posted! There was one guy in particular I noticed several months doing this a lot I think one was roughly £140 and he said "I'll give you £50 for it" the wording of which is even more irksome!

There is don't ask don't get but ffs come on, make a reasonable offer not what you found down the back of the sofa!
