just click on the feedback score column in their profile then click view complete feedback history then click submit feedback. thats how I do it.

Submit Feedback For "user_name"

Feedback column is always there, next to contact info

..he hasn't got a profile because he hasn't posted publicaly,he used the rather smart new PM buying system...

some browsers dont show the feedback tab. My browser at work doesnt show the feedback tab, but shows all the others. Try a different computer

I can see everyones..But he hasn't posted publicaly and when I search threads/posts by him an error is returned...

have you sold him something? Do you have a PM from him? If a search for him returns nothing probably means hes deleted his presence on here!
