Security Token problem?

Every time i try to access the forum,and just tried sending a PM to another member i get this message and its starting to do my head in

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

Any ideas please what the problem is?

If you go under your user cp and change the settings so that Day light savings is turned off this will stop it.

Cannot even do that as when i click the User CP surprise surprise i get the --

Just a thought but Sci Fi Steve, it might be a good idea to sticky a guide on how to stop this problem.

I'm having this problem but i cant access my user CP through my private message link... Any ideas mods?
