Bumping

It seems to me that over the last few days there have been a number of forum users in the classifieds section who have even bothered to read the rules of the said section.

I appreciate that in their own mind they're being pro-active in their attempts to sell their wares, but it's ruddy annoying when some people seem insistant in bumping relentlessly, (one user actually bumped 3 times in an hour).

3 things spring to mind:

1) This should be in forum feedback, not general discussion. Moved
2) If you have an issue with a post, report it.
3) For all those that you see, you aren't seeing a much higher number that we pick up as soon as they happen. Yes we don't catch them all, but we get most of them.

You wouldn't believe the amount of early bumping and "changes" that happen in the sales threads. Doing our best to keep on top of it but please give us a helping hand hand and report any that have slipped the net. (I know you already have)

Just to echo what our Eminence says, we catch a LOT but do still need people to report them, that way it keeps the Classifieds fair for everyone. I think the current 'bump' record stands at 1 minute! And I saw 3 price drops yesterday all in less than 24 hours
