Being Banned

i've not been banned, never have, but on some users profiles, their names have a line through them, and say banned underneath

is there any chance the mods could create a section in the forum for banned users names to be listed, and what they've been banned for. Wouldn't this help to prevent people from making the same mistakes that got the user banned, or just to warn others not to do it, or they'll get banned

i'm curious by nature, and just want to know what people got banned for so hopefully i can avoid it, and the fact i'm very nosey

also i know the forum rules state will incur infractions/warnings/tellings off from mods but i think some people just can't be bothered to read them because of the length of them

what do you guys think?

the rules are posted, you follow em and you wont be banned simple

To be perfectly honest mate

Got banned for telling the truth about things and they didn't like it,

Other for banned for spamming and and being shops when we report it in black and White

List goes on

Many been banned for saying rules contridict each other

But ce la vis

Yes I have been on numerous accounts of fact telling on here

If people don't like the truth get lost as I'm not the dosile person I once was, the brain to mouth filter has been taken out and chucked

the mods on the forum here are great. Its not like people are banned outright.

I hold my hands up and say I made a mistake, it was pointed out to me privately by the mods, job done, wont be making that erro again.

Dont know why people complain. If you get warned, and you ignore it, what do you expect.

I cope with the information vacuum that sits behind all those struck-through names by fantasising that they were all "rubbed out" by goons hired by the Russian mafia.

I would enjoy a comedy feedback thread with the funniest issues mods have had to deal with, maybe a top ten, as a sticky on the forum feedback section.

part of me is being nosey, part of me thinks it should be known what they've been banned for

name and shame, therefore teaching others not to do it

if someone sees a person is banned, and knows why they're banned, they themselves are less likely to do it


i've been warned before by mods for minor trivial things and always apologise in most cases unless i feel i've done nothing wrong
