    I think it would be best for chat that has no real topic. So that people can go off topic without ruining a thread.

      Having private chat will be damn difficult on this, just having a chatbox that is public to everyone is more realistic

        It would be difficult.
        On another forum they wanted a chatbox, but the mods refused becuase it is hard to mod and has to be checked very regularly.
