Unread threads being marked as read

I keep having a problem where unread threads and posts keep being marked as read before I get a chance to actually read them.

E.g. I come onto the site, start reading a thread on General Discussions and by the time I'm done the entire forum has been marked as read.

It's only a small niggle, but it gets to be a little annoying to me as I then have to work out when I last visited and then go through all the threads and work out which posts I have and haven't read. I suspect it may be due to one of the cookies expiring too early.

Like I said, it's only a small niggle, but I'd really appreciate it if someone could look into it and see about getting it fixed

We also have the same issue, if you spend to long on a post/reply then the Forum refreshes.
