Smileys and post editing options have changed??

Is it me being a total tard or have the smileys gone? The ones to post an icon to your post are still there but the ones for your actual in post editing have gonzo!

Also the bar to select bold, font changes and all that good stuff is no longer there. For me anyway, have i unknowingly changed some options somewhere to do this?
