1 post, Traders on forums
22 January, 2012, 18:27
I believe that there are many 1 post traders on the forum which really gets on my t!ts, as they will most likely scam an innocent person.
for example here -
http://forums.zeroin.co.uk/showthread.php?146223-TM-Glock-17-Custom-and-mags-(less-than-3-months-old)
looks suspicious for these reasons
he only has 1 post
wants more/same as the price for a new one
no pictures
hasnt read the sales thread guide properly
and finally he wants it gifted (cannot be refunded)
to avoid this maybe only allow users to trade after they have posted 10-50 non spam posts.
it really annoys me that A new airsofter is brought into the community with his first gun being a scam.

Re: 1 post, Traders on forums
I reported that within 4 minutes of him posting it tbh. My thoughts were exactly the same as the OP. Joined, posted and disappeared, all within about 20 minutes?
Though is now back on, with a separate sales thread? Must have been returned and saw the PM/email?

Re: 1 post, Traders on forums
To be fair , Im not exactley new to the forums but neither have I been here for too long. I would like to think that I would not be judged on how many posts I have , but for how I respect others and the community. Overall , that does look quite suspisios though..

Re: 1 post, Traders on forums
As others have said it does look suspicious but could be genuine, personally im put off like so many other due to the "paypal gift" bit. There is also no info on location which says to me that they don't want people to say "im local to you so can I collect it". The name of the seller may very well be quite apt as well

Let's not go throwing accusations around.
Leave him to it, and if someones silly enough to buy from him then it's their look out.
Some people sign up to the forum for this purpose - to sell things.
Though I admit I don't like the paypal gift part.
