Time between PM/searching

Would it be possible to reduce the time limit between sending PMs or even better remove it altogether? Its incredibly annoying when you have several PMs to reply to and keep seeing "the forum requires you to wait 45 seconds between each PM". Especially if its only a short PM like "sorry mate its already sold". Im not entirely sure what the point of the "waiting period" is other than to annoy users, like the search function... especially if you make a typo or hit the back button to correct it, or the useless function doesnt find anything so you gotta wait 45 (or is it 30?) seconds before you can search again.

The time limit on searching stops flood searches that can slow down the forum.

The time limit on PMs stops flood messaging, again slows down the system, but is more annoying than anything.

I will have a look into bringing the times down, but won't promise anything.
