I have now used my Gun Clip in anger at my local CQB site and if I wasn't already sold (which I was) then I sure as hell am now. Without a doubt the Serpa is a lovely bit of kit, 4 of my teammates have them, but I can draw just as quick and after a few draws the reholster is pretty quick too. You can probably reholster a TINY bit quicker with the Serpa but the main plus points of the Gun Clip are; ability to use holster with silencer and/or tactical torch, ability to draw it out and not up which makes it easier to mount on a belt and draw when you have a vest/rig on. Overall I have absolutely no regrets on the Gun Clip and would highly recommend it to any right handed Glock users. Don't by the clones though, pay the extra its worth it.

Forgot to say - no issues with worrying about the reholstering, once you get the habit you definitely know it is secure and don't need to recheck.

I'm setting a black battle belt set-up using all Kydex bits. Gone for more of a range day/tactical look, all black with a hint of colour (in this case, Orange)
Going to have 2 Scar GBB pouches a single ATP mag pouch (other mags in the pistol) and a knife sheath.
ATP with NcStar TAC light holster.
Holsters done but waiting to buy my Scar :-)

This inspired me to have a rethink on my kit. I always wondered why people wore a belt rig and a PC at the same time. i was going to have the belt kit as a lighter load and to lend out to mates. NOT ANY MORE!
I took my Serpa off the drop leg panel and mounted to the belt along with the dump pouch, pistol mag pouch and a spare double M4 pouch. M4 pouch will hold a speed loader and a spare mid-cap for team mates (wont work in my SCAR)
Must say it feels far more comfortable and i can get to the pistol and mags far easier.
anyway....................
If I like how it works during a game i will invest in a better belt.
How do you find getting to your rifle mags on your belt with the utility pounch on your PC (looks like it will be directly above them)? Looking at getting a similar setup myself for the longer milsim games.

Re: Pictures of Your Belt Setup!
Good question. I never actually fielded this set up. I wore the this belt once for a military show and then bought a WAS PLB and changed it around.

Re: Pictures of Your Belt Setup!
You had any chance of fielding the full PC and belt setup yet? Curious to know if it works.

Someone's been shopping at ITS. Looks good.
Who makes the belt itself?

It's a genuine Blackhawks XDM compact holster from a UK retailer that specialises in tactical kit. The belt is a Templar assault system belt

How do you find the Taco pouches when running around? Is there a chance the mags can fall out? Nice setup by the way.
