Always? My sig 226 and 2 spare loaded magazines in whatever holstered setup i use.

Sniping: My range book, rangefinder (just in case), Site map, usually a recce'd one with distances marked in.
My sniper rifle with 2 spare 30 round magazines.
sand sock
scope rag for cleaning
allen key set
400 rounds of ammo, generally .36 teflons.
all in my molle belt kit, and my handy 'handbag' utility pouch... i swear its a cavern....

Assault:
IDF special forces vest
8 midcaps
1000 spare bagged rounds
bfg and 20 reloads.
Binoculars
site map
allen keys, multitool etc.
carry handle for m4 in rear pouch incase acog fails.

Anything else like torches, red lenses, nvg, compas, sleep gear, rations is relative to the game length, type, and distance from a lup.

When i complete my MP7 loadout (yes i will be using it in woodland and yes as a primary)
I will be carrying:

TM MP7 w/Aimpoint micro dot sight
TM 1911 MEU (which will probably outrange my Mp7 )

8x 100rnd Midcap
3x 28rnd MEU mag
4x 120rnd speedloaders
small radio (usually switched off, only use it for locating fellow dogs)
3 litre Camelbak
Extrema ratio training blade
Surefire 60 lumen torch with bracket for mounting on RIS
Couple of small cyalumes
Monocular for observation
Spare 9.6v 1400mah battery (waterproofed)
Spare batteries for radio, sight and torch (waterproofed)
For long games i may carry a bit of food too.

19 85-round M16 short mag midcaps.
10 85-round M16 long mag midcaps, 2 stuffed into thigh pockets for quick use.

Maruzen CA870
3 40-round CA870 mags.

M56 Webbing consisting of 4x Universal ammo pouch (three short mags in each), 3x canteens plus covers, FFD pouch containing inhaler (I need it to live).

Bandolier carrying seven short mags.

Claymore bag holding frags, smokes, and rest of the long M16 mags.

Small jungle pack containing another water bottle, spare battery, clansman radio (not Nam I know but Im damned if Im carrying round a PRC ) mag style speedloader and a bag of extra ammo (plus tactical snack).
