    Go with what is light, comfortable and suits the rifle you are using. If you are using a Boltie with a 50rd mag (like I do) then do you need lots of Molle/Webbing?! Only wear what you need to carry what you need. With Urban it is less about Camoflage and more about getting to the right place before someone else does.

    I'm afraid I can't contribute with pictures that match the URBAN theme, here is an example of a lightweight loadout for recon;

    Just a chest rig and a holster, the rest is just a shirt, trousers and hat. Provided it's light and you can move quickly it should work

        Comm's could be as simple as a walkie and a Bowman Headset. The walkie can go in a utility pouch, or even a pocket! If you are good with a needle you could even stitch in your own radio loop to your shirt.

                about 8 vsr mags now,
                glock aep (best crappy gun ever)

                head set,
                mesh goggles,
                ghillie shoulder/head wrap,

                  kevlar helmet Dont bother- a baseball cap would be your best bet
                  radio with head set

                  un sure about shirt and trousersWhatever camo works best, probably flecktarn, possibly a flecltarn parka due to baggines and hood to break up outline if needed

                  belt with pouches for mags ammo gas possibly toy knifeId advise a light chest rig, possibly a split front- belts have an annoying habit of riding up, get really annoying when you run

                  leg holsterProbably better off with a hip holster, but if you go the dropleg route, ride it as high as possible- travis haley made a good youtube video about this
                  As mentioned above, mesh goggles- when you lie still, polycarb tends to fog. I would also reccommend a lower mesh mask, which once bent into shape should be great for the times when your position gets stormed.
