MK6 helmet cover on MICH2000

Okay, so I am wanting to get a helmet to go with my goggles, but would like a DPM95 cover to match my loadout.

Now I can't seem to find any DPM-esque covers for the mich2000's (closest i found was a light woodland)! So was wondering if a mk6 cover would fit (maybe with the use of a helmet band).

The mich2000 covers all seem to state they will fit mk6's, so surely the same could be said vice versa...?

Any advice greatly appreciated... Likewise if any of you know which replica helmets take the mk6 covers snugly, that would be perfect...

Seeing as plastic MICH replicas have always been a lot more commonly available than Mk6 replicas (historically) you tend to see the issue DPM cover/MICH combo fairly often in Brit mil or general DPM loadouts.

The covers come in 2 sizes, S/M and L/XL, so if you want to play it safe just go with the larger size.

Yeah, fairly common. I can even remember an episode of Torchwood a few years back where the BBC (on a shoe string budget) had a whole load of extras in CS95, Viper/Web-tex vests, ACM G36Cs and plastic MICHs with DPM covers to look like Mk6s; generally seen it about at sites on a few occasions as well.

Cracking ... Will give it a go! If needs be, i think the misses is quite good at sewing if some cutting and grafting is required haha!
