  • Multicam/DDPM mix.

Ok, have a milsim coming up in March, kit is listed as DDPM/Multicam.
I've a full DDPM load out, but have been debating going down the MC road for a while.
Thing is, do i go the whole hog and get a trouser/shirt set, MC trousers with Tan fleece/softshell, or mix DDPM/MC.
Oppinions, plaese on wether it would work.

I'd go the whole hog at some point. But MC and DDPM will not look bad together during a transition period :D

        Re: Multicam/DDPM mix.

DDPM and MC work quite well together. I used a DDPM trouser/MC UBACs combo on occasion in the sandbox and it worked very well.

got a pic to prove it somewhere...

although i might be a complete noob, i would agree with those that say not to mix your cam... don't think it will look particularly brilliant and on a more tactical note it might have an adverse effect on being camouflaged i.e. make it more obvious because there is such a contrast between the two dpm and mc...

DDPM, mate, desert not woodland, and the milsims urban so no much blending in to be done.
The blackhawk osprey will be worn, think i'm gonna go with DDPM top ( have UBACS shirt) and MC trousers, but have no XP of the positioning of the kneepads, i'm 5'10, but have a short leg, so i generally have to trim my combats. Would hate my knee pads to be shin pads.

I have multicam, and an Osprey I'm trying to shift. I will take some pics of the two together so you can see how the patterns look together. I mainly play woodland so I'm axeing the osprey for somthing much better (OD) when paypal unfuc*s it's self.

MC shirt, or better still, jacket, with DDPM trousers and a Tan plate carrier. Tan Oakley gloves, and either tan or black cap.

Please excuse the rather camp stance.
