I want something but I dont know what its called...Doh
17 January, 2013, 18:52
Ok sorry for being thick but I am new'ish to airsoft.
Iv just brought a multicam/mtp plate carrier and I want to put a small rucksack sized pouch on the back.
I cant find a pouch big enough so is there a rucksack in multicam/mtp that can be attached to molle ?.
Thanks
Si

Have a look at 'Warrior Assult Systems' (can't link due to forum rules, but a quick google should suffice).
The item your probably talking about is a 'Cargo pack'

The 'Americanised' term is MAP. Modular Assault Pack, I believe.

Copy + paste to google: "warrior elite ops cargo pack multicam"
Out of stock right now, might find one second hand or give the store a ring to ask when they'll have more in (shouldn't be too long I'd imagine).

Iv just had a look and to be honest that it a bit bigger than I need.
Any idea if there is something smaller available ?.
Thanks

If you were to wear that as just a rucksack (which you can with the straps provided) then it'd be pretty much as small as any tactical pack goes. So if that's the case I think all you're really after is a hydration pouch/carrier. Either that or just look at some of the larger general purpose/utility pouches out there.

Forget the bottle of water, get a hydration pouch (much easier to get a drink when you need it than digging out a bottle). The cargo pack is great (I have one attached to my vest). Spare batteries go in my utility pouch (which is by my side), water, BBs, gas (if I need it) first aid, radio etc etc goes in the cargo pack. It doesn't add much (if any weight) and isn't too bulky etc. Its a worth while purchase IMO.

The warrior cargo pack is somewhere between 5 & 10 litres, around 6 at an educated guess. If it looks huge in the pictures that's because the retailer has stuffed it full-to-burst for the promotional shots.

Thanks for the replies.
Iv found a clone of the warrior cargo pack for about £10 less in the UK so I am going for that.
Thanks again for your help.
