  • jacket/shirt suggestions

I have gone for a special forces/mercenary type loadout. With helikon sf tan/coyote trousers and desert boots. Black vest and tan accessories like mask/goggles etc..

What would you advise me to use as a jacket?

I'm not really replicating any military group, so I thought about maybe a black soft shell jacket?

do it. Softshells are great every day wear too, I've been wearing mine pretty much every day since I got it.

Great, cheers. Any particular soft shells you would recommend?

Helikon commanders jacket in Ranger green, excellent jacket, micro fleece lined with zippers under the armpits for ventilation, velcro wristbands, drawstring waist, velcro patches on the arms and a partridge in a pear tree......

I bought a basic black soft shell from Mountain Warehouse, and it's brilliant. Without a doubt the best jacket I've ever owned, and an absolute bargain at £25. I bought it primarily for airsoft, but I use it every day. Even on chilly winter days it's warm enough for me not to be bothered by the cold.

Currently using a Helikon Commander , a Delta and a Lv.5 PCU also from Helikon. Of the three I'd recommend the Delta
                .

Any offence taken from my posts is likely intended.
