  • Detonics Holsters

    Hi there,

I'm looking on behalf of a friend of mine for a holster solution for a Detonics .45 pistol, to be mounted on a 2.25'' ALICE LC2 pistol belt.

Preferably; the holster cannot be too expensive, ideally OD or black in colour, & it cannot be too complicated to draw & holster the firearm...

What are your recommendations? Pictures welcome!

    All the best,

    Josh

I use a mini 1911 fobus roto on a drop leg belt paddle for mine (you may not need the drop leg bit if you don't wear a plate carrier, but I also found drawing from the belt a bit tricky).

It is a bit hard on the Detonics' finish but really easy to draw from, and has adjustable grip on the pistol, which is nice.

The holster itself is available on the bay, shipped from Israel, but is surprisingly cheap. Same for the drop leg adapter.
