Throat mic headset

I need one of these headsets, but I've heard that a lot of them are bad.
Are there any decent ones available ?

And can anyone recommend me a radio (£15-20)
I saw some baofeng 888 but apparently you need a license for these. Is this true?

Don't know about the radio.

I use £15 all rigid plastic throat mic for work and its great once you get used to it and buy 1 size bigger shirt but not your prob, be prepared to spend more money on good one, mine get ripped apart every so often thats why the cheap ones.

I havent checked but zero one used to sell the devgru ones which i have. They still work great although as stated above, they will take a bit of getting used too.
