not in WW2 you could be issued a used weapon saves money etc + he might be a vetran para so it would be aged.

nice kit mate i bin contemplating a WW2 loadout myself make use of my new thompson

new kit for a veteran para ?, with an old gun erm, dont think so

is it the guarder version im investing in one exactly the same to that
do you have any problems with it ?

Its a Pantac one.
The only problems are the same ones every weesatch has. When you take all the mags out it gets loose around the middle, It can be unbalanced and droop at the front if you have too much weight on the front without anything on the back but it isnt a problem if you have a hydro pouch on the back and lastly the mag pouch is basically one big open topped pouch so it can pick up crap quite easily. After my last game I had loads of little stones and gravel in mine from laying on a gravel pile.

Nice load out fella. Try and replace the splinter pattern trousers though for some field grey M43's or jump trousers. Not bad at £55.00. Much more common, can't remember seeing any pics of FJ guys wearing splinter trousers (I stand to be corrected)

Mags are already available but only the same Hi-cap ones that come with the gun.

Will post up pics of me in my load out once I've got my hands on my MP44 and MP40
