What kind of vest is this?

Trying to find what vest this is, or a close enough variant!

Wanting to do an Albert Wesker loadout (because he's ultra badass, before he turned into a trenchcoat wearing typical japanese anime badguy DAMN YOU RE5) and it looks easy enough, black combat pants, navy blue shortsleeve shirt, some STARS patches, tinted lense bolle specs, black fingerless SWAT leather gloves, black boots. Job done. Just having problems with the vest!

It looks like the pistol mag pouches and the radio are actually attached to the yoke connection to his tactical belt, is that do-able in the real world?

To be honest it looks like he's wearing a Nam era flak jacket with some kind of ALICE-style suspenders, and an LC1 ALICE belt.
Hanging equipment off the yoke is entirely doable.

I agree with the post above. Looks like the post Nam Flak Jacket though. And it is an LC2 belt (can ell by the farening). Easy to get a close loadout but probably very hard to get it exactly.
