Mate, try to remember that private military contractors are not bound by any formal military uniform guidance and essentially they have a choice of what they use that best suits them and their role so there is no real generic loadout. You could be a PMC and decide to use whatever you like, whatever feels best, holds your kit in place and whatever. If you heard of a guy using a Molle bandolier then great, but why wouldn't a person use one? If it suits a need then it'll be used...just like if a t-shirt fits use it, when it's dirty put another one on which might be a different colour.
