Re: light CQB gear
Belt kit really..
Go light, a few pouches on a belt would do fine. But if your doing proper cqb, you'd probably need a chest rig.

Re: light CQB gear
This is my CQB kit worn with jeans and a tshirt
I have fobus holsters for the 1911's which I wear
around my back
and I have a serpa for the USP and I carry the mags in some molle pouches I thread onto my belt.
I've also got a Blackhawk battle bag which I carry ammo and gas in but I leave that in the dead zone.
XcrazyXchickenX what size chest/waist measurement are you? I'm pretty skinny too and struggle to find good fitting kit so maybe I can help you.

Re: light CQB gear
You're best bet will probably be recon chest harnesses or plate carriers like an MBSS or FAPC

Re: light CQB gear
Hi mate,
I'm of a similar build to you too I think...
For CQB I go for a Milforce LAPD Police Vest - very good and very durable. With this, I just wear a belt kit with a drop leg holster and dump pouch and then black combats. Don't find it heavy etc..very light kit when compared with my standard skirmish kit!
