Gaiters
10 February, 2011, 18:42
Alligators. Yuss.
So, just wondering if you guys wear gaiters when you play?
I'm finding it pretty hard to get plain OD coloured gortex gaiters from anywhere so if anyone knows where I can or what make, would be great! Or failing that, anyone know how the British Army gaiters hold out? Or failing
that
, any other recommendations?
So, do you wear them and if so, what make do you wear? Post some pics :D

Re: Gaiters
British issue ones are good, bit baggy compared to some but I preferred that to some of the tighter fitting ones

Re: Gaiters
As said British standard issue ones are good - I've used them for a while now.
Britishmilitarysurplus is the place to get them - Got mine off there for £6

Re: Gaiters
I used gaiters for years working in the outdoors, never tried the military issue ones though...
I'd recommend you get anything that has wire understeps as opposed to leather/other.
