bottom left is a desert rat but i guess you worked out that muchtop left looks kind of Games Workshop

Pretty sure the Skull/sythe/ace (white one) is a band's CD logo, i remember getting something alot like that in a DVD box set i got (along with some others)
i've seen alot of metal loving bikers wearing it. don't quote me on it mind. just an inkling of what ive seen in the past.

I think the green one with the black sun/star could be US.Army 40th infantry division
The top 2 with arrows could possibly be canadian
