Well it was something like that, it was a while ago.
Assuming you mean a tablespoon, that's a LOT of salt. That would taste absolutely vile, not to mention the amount of sediment that would sit at the bottom of the bladder too, blocking up the tube. I'm all for replacing lost electrolytes, but 2 tablespoons of salt in 2L of water would dehydrate you even further. Nice way to give yourself acute renal failure.

a build up on the insides occurs if you dont wash it out straight away

It may have been a tea spoon per liter, all I remember is it was important to add salt due to the amount of sweating you'd be doing running about, and sweat contains alot of salt.
