Looks like you need a tracksuit, L96, cycling gloves, M92 in a shoulder holster and a rugged eastern European look. If they're "secret" then surely they can't really have a uniform therefore it'll be a bit tricky to copy them. You'll likely just look like a chav who's found some guns.

Secret police? sort of gives it away

SAS, SBS, seals any special force has been in the spotlight for many years and such we have learnt what they use, what they wear, not 24/7 style however.

there are some who are an exception but not many

These secret police guys are secret they might not even exist, unlike special forces type in google and huzzah theres 10000001 pictures of the real deal doing their thing
