Haven't ever had an MP5 myself but how about the RMP close protection look? The RMP CP teams normally use the L119A1 and HK53 (I believe), but you could easily get away with an MP5. The only addition you might need is a Red Dot sight.

Normal DPM/DDPM combats, RAV/CIRAS etc or PLCE Assault Vest - or even a 5.11 vest - with CBA, boots of your choosing, and extra bits of 'gucci' kit - such as cyalumes, kneepads, carabiners etc.

If you're using a lightweight gun, why bother gearing up to the nines and removing the speed advantage. Me @ The Mall, ICS MP5 & G&P mid-caps.

Nope, its a custom rig by Dirty Dagger in the USA. 10 open top MP5 mag pouches and a couple of panels of molle each side.
