what brand is this...

Hey guys and girls just got this in an action for £13 posted with a 556 pouch and I was wondering if anyone knew what brand it was and how much it is new or used?
EDIT: sorry forgot to mention this is a rifle carrier .

All the guy said was.....

"THIS CAN BE USED TO CARRY ANY WEAPON WITH A BUTT. IT ATTACHES TO THE SIDE OF A RUCSAC WITH A MOLLE STYLE ATTACHMENT AND SITS ON THE SIDE OF THE PACK. THE BUTT IS THEN PLACED IN THIS AND THEN THERE IS A SEPERATE ATTACHEMENT (BLACK LANYARD) TO SECURE THE BARREL OF THE WEAPON TO THE PACK. I HAVE USED THIS ON SHOOTING TRIPS AND ITS A GREAT BIT OF KIT. I THINK IT COMES FROM THE MAURADER COMPANY WHICH IS AUSTRAILIAN I BELIEVE AND DOES SOME GREAT BITS OF KIT ALTHOUHG IT IS A TAD EXPENSIVE."
