Marpat and OD plate carrier???

Does Marpat work with OD ?? Looking to be different from the rest and wondered if it looks right

What do you think??

Well either way you look at it, both CB and OD work with Marpat fabric. And even if a geardo says OMG U HAS TO USE CB WITH IT you can just point out the fact even the Marines used Olive Drab gear with MARPAT.

OD is easy to get in the uk but CB is not

And if i order from the states i think im going to get hit by a big cuastoms bill

I used to run a Tactical Tailor plate carrier with Woodland MARPAT, worked very well and looked cool. Coyote Brown is very difficult to get in this country, especially the propper issue stuff. But yeh OD works fine

if your after the USMC interceptor then Bulle do this , its bloody good i must say, its on a certain german camo website , also they do some other good shizz all the pouches and a molle Web belt :D

The Bulle "Coyote Brown" isnt actually propper Coyote Brown its more of a dark tan/coyote tan sort of thing. And its a bit light to run in/with woodland camouflage. Best get the issue stuff or OD

It works fine, but whether it looks better or not is all personal preference. Personally, I've used OD with it, but much prefer CB

I used to wear an OD CIRAS for ages nothing wrong with it and it works really well



But if you want the marines look you have to go tan or CB

I have been looking about and think i may be getting this, the vest section is molle and adjustable and the rear kit can be added and taken off as i desire

Plus i have not seen anyone else with it at the skirmish sites i visit

they only come in Green/Tan/Black and are used by the British Special Forces so should take some abuse

Lol i know what you mean, according to the blog on these they were developed by UK forces fighting in Afganistan etc
I suppose its an alternative to the Atkis vest

Not to be a dick but all the people saying CB is hard to get hold of have left me a bit confused... 5.11 do a full CB range, is top notch gear and very easy to get hold of....
