Thought I would post my friends loadout as he does not have an account - its completely generic and not trying to copy anything, merely buying what he liked the look of!

See below - thoughts and comments welcome

Multicam would make it US rather than UK, but this is Airsoft so who cares! Looks good!

Most people underestimate how good multicam works with OD, I think this picture proves it works quite well, and in my opinion better than Tan.

who cares what? just air soft?!!! what!!!... no sir this is real life, we must have the right gear with plates in at all times!... ok maybe the plates was a little far but still correct gear!

anyway.. not here to be a D*ck i like.. works well maybe a boonie or something on the head? and pew pew, and also

that aint no Gen.3 by Crye standards. probs gen.2
and USMC don't wear Multicam neither do navy.

on a side note if you do go the gear whore route you have a nice start for either a Ranger or EOD set-up

USMC don't wear multicam, however Navy do

Either way they aren't crye or even copies of the combat or field pants.

Probably be better suited in a.generic loadout thread as this section is more about accurately building a U.S loadout on which ever unit you prefer

The navy no longer wear multicam because......"drum roll".....they now have a new uniform similar in colour to multicam but digital. currently being issued to EOD units in Afghan and will be the main uniform for the USN in the long term unless they are on a boat/ship where they will revert to the dark blue digital (which is supposed to turn orange if submerged in sea water for 30 seconds).

I am aware that aor2 digital camouflage is issued now, however sailors and EOD aren't the only units of the Navy, Navspecwar (seals) are issued aor1/2 & multicam.

Multimcam and OD look great together, I've yet to wear my multicam with my Warrior OD vest! Got a milsim tomorrow though so get to try it out, can't wait!
