To start with I will show you my new purchase from the W&P show.
I picked up a MSA ACH at The War & Peace show, painted it up, added Velcro & Replica One hole Norotos. Then I fitted my OPS-Core X-Nape, MS2000 strobe, bunny ears & then Petzl Tactikka light.

United States Special Forces
Hey i am looking for some advice on how to create a USSF look.
I have some Arpat (ACU) so i guess thats a start!
Now for a vest, should i get a tan one or od or whatever?
Which kind of vest, £150 region.
Is a warrior ricas compact ok.?
Or maybe a chest rig? Warrior 901 elite or anything like that?
Any help is welcome.
Already had a look on the world wide web but couldnt find anything which gives a kit list or anything.
Thank you,
Phil

Re: United States Special Forces
USSF is a bit of a tricky one mate.
Warrior kit is out, you're probably looking at CIRASs and EI kit.
Arnies would be the place to look tbh.

Re: United States Special Forces
Most USSF don't wear ACU vests or rigs, the tend to be TAN (Delta) or Ranger Green (Rangers). So I would look at Blackhawk kit as I know that gets used a bit.
What looks like a USSF Operator with one of our boys.

Re: United States Special Forces
SFLCS - Special Forces Load Carrying System is in MJK Khaki (Eagle Industries).
"Delta" are actually a part of The Special Forces (Green Berets).
RLCS - Ranger Load Carrying System is Ranger Green (Eagle Industies).
Rangers are not Special Forces but are Special Operations Forces. You might think it is a subtle difference but they are two different types of cat.
I shall be posting more in depth pics of my 75th Ranger Loadout soon.

Re: United States Special Forces
If you want to do it on the cheap, get PANTAC stuff which are almost direct copies of Eagle Industries. Its about a third of the price of Eagle Industries too. I however prefer the real stuff to copies on most items.

Re: United States Special Forces
Cant go wrong with an M4A1, they're moving into Block 2 in a big way now (Elcan Spectre, Peq 15/16 etc) but have a look on Arnies, theres tons of good reference pics there.

Re: United States Special Forces
Block 1 & Block 2 M4A1, M4 CQBR, AK47 & possibly AK74 as battlefield pickups (less ris/ras etc). Just dont use a G36 or Steyr AUG etc.
