Very cool for LEO, what happened to the RG cryes they fielded a while back though, I remember seeing a snap with men storming through a door in RG Crye Acs, a MC Crye CPC and Airframes

Could denote they are loaded with Less Than Lethal rounds. Most weapons loaded with LTLs are painted in hi-vis colours so that operators know NOT to put Lethal/Live ammo into the weapon. I know they do that with Bean-bag rounds in Shotguns (painted bright green).

Not really if you look at what the FBI Hostage Rescue Team do, land, sea and air infiltration I suppose bringing there kit up to military levels makes a lot of sense. I do like the distinct lack of drop leg holsters as well which is much keeping with the Police type roots.
