What sling is that on the XM177 in your Junk Force Photos? Coming to the end of my Systema XM177 project and need a sling.
Thanks in Advance

Re: Some of my 'Nam Loadouts
It's some 1960s carrying strap I 'liberated' from a wrecked map case..... A real deal M16 sling is probably best, FYI, but mine were in use and I can't be bothered to keep swapping slings around.
FYI- Don't go with the paracord around the front sight that many airsofters do as on the real thing that gets real hot, real fast and your paracord would melt in di-di time

Re: Some of my 'Nam Loadouts
Hi guys
sorry about the Necro post but im putting together a Mike Force impression for airsoft and wondering if you guys would be able to point me in the right direction in terms of kit?
Ive figured the basics out but not the in depth stuff.
Also do you guys know ifs SOF's Tiger stripe is correct?

They look great, I like the air cav one the best, after seeing these and having watched Full metal jacket a few days ago it makes me want to do a 'nam loadout at some point!
Just don't take Full Metal Jacket as a reference for your kit...its all wrong in that movie! Uniforms are ARMY and vehicles are all more ARVN then US Marines...
cheers
Uwe
PS: "Casulties of War" has excellent kit representation and its a good film...

Invest in Paul Miraldi's books as some points of reference and google the hell out of photos.
MF were ammo-heavy name-takers with some very specialised (now read that as pricey) kit.
