Re: USMC Special Forces
USSF of the 2004/5 era yes. USMC SF no most definitely not.
Its good but not USMC. USMC SF (IE Force Recon) wear MARPAT and CB rigs, they wouldn't ever really use ACU kit.

Re: USMC Special Forces
Looks pretty cool, shame we can't actually see the gear past your tacticool poses and ACR.
Hate to break it to you but there is literally nothing USMC about that. I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume it was just a typing error and you meant US Army. If not, just say it's a US Army inspired loadout, no need to ham it up as something it's not.
If you wanted to do a US Army Special Forces load out then here are some pics for inspiration:

Re: USMC Special Forces
I always wonder why people wear full US camo and weapons and say they are doing a US loadout but they wear the Union flag on their arm, just seems weird

Re: USMC Special Forces
Not going to be the first person to say this, but this is in no way a Marine Core SF loadout. Nor is this a US loadout in terms of accuracy of patches/pouches. Now don't get me wrong your kit is great. And by the looks of it you had a really great setting to do a photo shoot in. So props to you mate! But your kit isn't affiliated with any army by far

It just annoys me that M79s are in MW2 when everyone else is using stupid futureweapons.
Derbyshire- apparently the secret training grounds of the Russian special forces.

Re: USMC Special Forces
To be honest reading through your replies you're right. Its not really accurate but more my interpretation on an advanced combat unit. ACU was the first camo I chose and didn't decide to change until I finished a whole rig. I guess special forces more describe the attitude to airsofting.
cheers for the replies.

Re: USMC Special Forces
Great photos, to be honest I think the loadout is great. There is a pic knocking abut somewhere of a Brit special forces guy in ACU somewhere and it doesn't really matter as long as your not trying to replicate a specific unit anyway

Re: USMC Special Forces
I don't disagree, it's still bad practice to title it as if you are doing a USMC impression when it isn't anything like it or even a direct attempt at it.
