Sawtooth boots are not £250 by far, they are relatively cheap i.e. £80. However they do not, at all ship to this country.

It just annoys me that M79s are in MW2 when everyone else is using stupid futureweapons.
Derbyshire- apparently the secret training grounds of the Russian special forces.

Re: US NAVY SEALS - Post 2001 Iraq & Afghanistan
The problem with Sawtooths is that they are not made anymore. I have a pair of lighter Merrel Moab Mid GTX XCR, which are also used by the SEAL teams.
If you want a heavier boot (which means you want to carry lots of weight on you) I'd go the Asolo Fugitive route.

http://www.navyseals.com/weapons-demo
Site is pretty handy for weapon loadouts commonly carried by the SEALs but being special forces I guess they'll use what they can get their hands on (and possibly kit of another countries manufacture to mislead whoever they're fighting, apparently the SAS have done this).

To an extend they have operators choice , but SEALs as like every other special forces unit can't walk into the armoury and demand a sig 552 , the only weapons normally seen on them are M4's , MK18's , M14's , m110 / SR25 , HK416 , SCARs and most likely during ops when they go "local" using AKs.

Also the MP7 and MP5 (not so much anymore) are used quite a lot. Also he SCAR they use is the H version. The L version was trialed but dropped.
And handgun wise, the Mk23 was only used very briefly. It is now nearly exclusively the P226.

*Looks at Mk23 on the bed*
Dayum, what's not to like about it? Apart from the sheer size and weight I guess...

Re: US NAVY SEALS - Post 2001 Iraq & Afghanistan
It wasn't needed. It didn't fulfil anything that the Sig didn't. And the Sig is lighter, cheaper, smaller and a better all round sidearm.
If they need a small silenced weapon for ranges of 100m they have the mp7 now.

Anyone know what the SEAL gas mask is? Same as US army issue (which I don't know what it is, to google)?
