    Modern/Near Future FIST

    As title suggests, interested in doing a FIST loadout.
    Any ideas?
    Looking to do it as a Gimpy gunner not SA80 totin' infantryman as I just can't justify another blaster!
    Any advice would be much appreciated
    Clothing is not a problem, DPM or MTP waiting for this already as its my standard rig

    You may be waiting a while, FIST isn't due to roll out for trials until 2017. That said, if you look at the Ghost Reecon Advanced Warrior characters and give them a british twist you wont go far wrong, and base it around Osprey and a Mk7

          So it's Elcan (for GPMG too?) osprey 4 (replica to be legal) MTP and MK7 replica
          Any ideas bout new electronics?

            Apparently there are trials for batteries/charging equipment to be woven into clothing. It was in a defence focus magazine a few months ago.

              Also, the casualty locating beacon attached to the PRR. It has a little red tag that alerts the commander should you become a casualty/accidently catch it on something.

                Cant really say much about electronics due to opsec, as for the gpmg, the only sights ive ever seen on them is CWS, C2 for the IDF role or an anti-aircraft sight.

                  I've never seen any other optics on a Gimpy either but I thought that might change with FIST
                  Seen as LMG is now available with 20mm rails and optics
                  Any idea how to replicate the rumoured HUD?

                    find a headset with a boom mike and find a piece of clear perspex about an inch by an inch and try fixing it together onto the side of the helmet
