Essentially nothing that would/could be linked to a government/military. Comfortable yet not too casual. You can pretty much wear whatever suits your needs, and this goes for weaponary and gear too. Use the link above for more in-depth info.

Essentially:

Black polo neck T-shirt
A light pair of cargo/combat trousers
Tan/Black boots

As for gear/Weaponry:
Your choice of vest and pouches (colour is up to you too)
Whatever weapon you want (AK/Amalite varients are the most common and easily available primaries) +/- tactical accessories
Tan/Black cap/Helmet
Kneepads (optional)

The greatest thing about the PMC/PSC loadout is that you have free reign to choose your kit, you're not constrained by the traditional gear/camo of a certain army/unit. Thus, you don't HAVE to spend a fortune if you don't want to. As I understand the business (and what I know of the PSC world could be written in short hand on the backside of the common housefly), it's like temporary agency work, but for highly trained soldiers. You can pick and choose your assignments.
